This year’s Gumball 3000 started in San Francisco, California and ended in Beijing, China. I attended but unbelievably I was a day late and missed the opening.

Took a 2hr. drive out to Ventura for the “10th Annual Back to the Beach” car show. As usual I arrived late an everyone was gone. Here is the last of them leaving as I am pulling in.

Lance finally got his own, a 1940 Ford. The zephyr fenders really set the truck apart from all the rest and yes, that is an “Independent Trucks” logo, Lance is the team captain and that was dedicated to Fausto Vitello, R.I.P.
